At Bliss Bakery we believe that every special occasion deserves a sweet treat. We craft handmade custom-order cakes baked daily with fresh, natural ingredients and with lots of love. We take care of every detail and prepare each dessert without haste so that you can savor every bite of sweetness.
Orders
All cakes are handmade and made to order, so we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Shipping
The cakes can be delivered at an additional cost of €8.
Pick up in shop
Shop opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. Sundays: closed.

‘Bliss’ means happiness, joy, and delight in English. And that is exactly what I want to convey with every creation. For me, dessert is more than the end of a meal: it’s a celebration. Whether it’s a birthday, a gathering with friends, or the holidays with family, those special moments are always accompanied by something sweet. Orders are always placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
We do not accept orders over the phone, but we can help you with anything you need and answer any questions you may have.
We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can offer you the best service, especially for personalised cakes.
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled delivery or pickup day in order to receive a full refund.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the amount will not be refunded.
Yes, we offer home delivery in Madrid and its surroundings for an extra cost.
You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our store.
We work on a by-order basis with almost everything we have, so we don't have any cakes available for pickup in store. If we have other products like cookies, brownies, biscuits, and granola available for purchase directly at the store.
Of course. At Bliss Bakery we specialise in creating customised cakes to suit the theme and style of your celebration. Just tell us your idea and we will make it happen.
We can adapt certain cakes to be made without gluten, lactose or nuts. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of them as they are made in the same workshop as the rest of the products. These products have an extra cost.
All cakes must be kept refrigerated. You can keep them in perfect condition in the refrigerator for up to 4 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
